Baby Shrimp Appetizers

3 -6oz cans Baby Shrimp El Mexicano

4 Jalapeños Chilis El Mexicano, finely chopped

2 Avocados, chopped

2 Tomatoes, finely chopped

1 Onion (small), finely chopped

¼ cup Lemon Juice El Mexicano

Tostadas El Mexicano or Crackers Saladitas El Mexicano

Salt & Pepper  El Mexicano, to taste  

To Prepare:

Drain the Baby Shrimp and put in a mixing bowl. Add the chopped jalapeños, avocado, tomatoes, onion and lemon juice and mix to combine all the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tostadas or crackers.
